Swiss Cheese and Onion Braid

Made with organic dried onion and Cheese maker Steve Stettler's swiss cheese from Decatur Dairy in Brodhead, WI  This bread is made with fresh yeast.  Onion and grated swiss is incorporated into the dough during the kneading process.  3 strands of dough are braided together, baked and topped with extra virgin olive oil, flaked sea salt, red onion and even more swiss cheese.
