Wednesday's Bake

English Muffins, dusted in corn meal, these muffins are cooked on a flat top with a drizzle of organic olive oil.  6 per bag, each order is about a pound.  The dough is a hybrid of sourdough starter and fresh yeast. 

Flour, Water, Salt, Fresh yeast, Sourdough starter, Cornmeal for dusting, EVOO for cooking
