Small loaf- Sourdough

Pre-Order by 11/23 for pick up 11/26 after 12p.

Made with sourdough starter, these small loaves are pre-shaped at 560g after 18 hours of cold fermentation.  After which they are proved for another 12-18 hours and then baked.
